We held a Masonic Ladies Festival at the Cumberland Hotel Bournemouth. The weekend was a total Success, from the lovely food which everyone commented on, to the total professionalism of all your staff. The rooms were lovely and extremely comfortable. Even the disco and swing singer which the hotel recommended were perfect. But above all our special thanks must go to Lisa Dowdall-Sousa. Everything was perfect thanks to her, and no request big or small was too much trouble.
